The Biotan®️ coating makes cleaning your Gastrolux cookware easy! After every use, simply clean your pan with hot water and washing liquid. In order to prolong the use of your Gastrolux cookware we recommend that you do not use it in the dishwasher as it will degrade the quality of the non-stick coating. After having grilled meat or vegetables in your cookware we do recommend that you place the hot cookware under cold water to create a thermal shock, enabling you to clean your cookware with ease.

Your Gastrolux cookware is designed to be stored easily and to save space in your kitchen. Each product can be safely stacked, with the use of separators or with the Gastrolux dust bag provided. Opt for the detachable handle option while purchasing your cookware to ensure that you can optimise your storage. A kitchen equipped with our full range would only require 3 to 4 detachable handles.
